Felix Seidel

Felix C. Seidel received the M.Sc. degree in atmospheric and climate sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology ETH, Zurich, Switzerland, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in natural sciences from the University of Zurich, Zurich, in 2011. From 2011 to 2017, he was with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, CA, USA, where he was involved in NASA’s Airborne Snow Observatory and NASA’s Airborne Multi-angle Spectro Polarimetric Imager projects, and he was also with the MISR Satellite Instrument Team. He was leading the scientific Swiss National Point of Contact, Bern, Switzerland, for satellite data. His experiences include remote sensing of the atmosphere and cryosphere, and airborne field campaigns. He is currently a Program Scientist with NASA, Washington, D.C., USA, serving under an agreement between the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA, and NASA.
