Firooz Faili currently works at the Element Six Technologies, USA. Firooz's primary focus is on thermal applications and performance of CVD diamond for high power, high frequncy devices. His current project scopes cover thermal heat spreading of doped and undoped diamond and use of diamond for passive resistors on the material side and development of new generation RF system for diamond growth on the hardware side.
