Fehmi Civitci

Fehmi Çivitci received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Twente, Enschede, Netherlands, in 2014. From 2013 to 2015, he worked as a Researcher with the Optical Micro-Systems Laboratory, Koç University. In 2015, he joined the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, as a Faculty Member. He is currently working as an Associate Scientist with the Oregon Health and Science University, Portland, OR, USA, focusing on early cancer detection.
