Matthew Forbes

I am a geochemist-hydrogeologist working in the consulting industry in Australia. My main area of expertise is in the application of isotopic, geochemical and spectral analytical methods to understand functioning of environmental systems, both in modern and historical contexts. I also have significant experience in Carbon and Nitrogen cycling in sedimentary and aqueous (oceanographic and hydrological) environments. Research has spanned Australia, Africa, South East Asia and the Americas.
