Bio
研究领域为宽禁带半导体材料和器件,研究定位为满足国家重大需求的关键材料和器件(芯片)研发。本人长期从事III-族氮化物宽禁带半导体材料和器件研究,近年来主要开展 AlGaN 基深紫外发光材料大失配异质外延和缺陷控制、电导率调控和器件研制,在高质量AlN、高效率AlGaN量子阱以及AlGaN电导率调控研究等方面达到国际先进水平,并在团队支撑下突破了高性能深紫外发光二极管(DUV-LED)器件的关键技术; 近年来,作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、企业合作横向课题2项;作为子课题负责人参与国家重点研发计划项目2项、北京市科委重点项目1项,山东省重大科技创新工程项目1项和广东省重点研发计划项目1项。
