Bio

Greg Kopp has 35 years of experience building space-, air-, and ground-based instruments for solar and Earth observations. He is the Instrument PI for the CLARREO Pathfinder HySICS, a spatial-spectral imaging spectrometer which demonstrated the solar-irradiance cross-calibration approach now baselined also for ARCSTONE, and he is the PI, Co-I, or instrument scientist on several space-based solar-irradiance instruments. He has a B.S. in Physics from Caltech and a Ph.D. from Stanford University.
