Kate Gallagher

PhD candidate specialising in the metabonomic and gut microbial stratification of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) patients (both Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis). Some of my skills include biological/clinical sample preparation and analysis using LC-MS, GC-MS, and proton NMR, and the processing of metabolomic data using Matlab, SIMCA and R. I'm open to opportunities in both scientific communication and experimental/research based collaborations.
