Gautam Bisht

Gautam Bisht (M'09) received the B.Tech. degree in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, in 2002, the M.S. degree in hydrology from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, in 2010. He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the National Center for Computational Sciences, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN. His research interests include remote sensing of the hydrologic cycle, land surface hydrology and its interaction with atmosphere, and high-performance computing in geosciences.
