Geng Tang(唐庚)

Tang Gu-ping is a professor of Zhejiang University, Department of Chemistry, Institute of Chemical Biology and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. He received Ph.D degrees in Department of Polymer Chemistry, Zhejiang University, (China,2001).

M.Sc degrees in Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Zhejiang Medical University, (China,1996).

B.Sc degrees in Department of Ocean Chemistry, Xiamen University, (China, 1984).

He was a Senior Research Officer and Post-Doctoral Fellow in IMRE, Singapore (2001-2002), a Post-Doctoral Fellow and Research Scientist IBN, Singapore (2003-2004), and a Research Associate in Department of Chemistry, Hong Kong (HKU 2006-2008).

His current research interests include biomaterials, gene therapy and drug delivery. Till now, his work has been published in more than 160 research papers in Advanced Functional Materials, Accounts of Chemical Research, ACS Nano, Nano letter, Gene Therapy, Biomaterials, Chem Commun and Journal of Materials Science.
