Supreme IPC is dedicated to support all infection control and hospital epidemiology activities as well as combating bacterial resistance in all university hospital. Assigned to be the Director of AMR reference laboratory that will perform quality control on pathogen identification and antibiogram with feedback on agreement of universities microbiology laboratory results. I am responsible for recording main isolate, resistance pattern and percent of MDRO in all university hospitals. I was technical consultant for a CDC & WHO to promote the quality and safety of healthcare in Egypt, responsible for development of prevention initiatives to combat the extremely high antimicrobial resistance profile in Egypt, in addition to development and implementation of innovative strategic plans to combat antimicrobial resistance.
