Bio
Gregory C Kujoth currently works at the Department of Pediatrics & Department of Medical Microbiology & Immunology, University of Wisconsin–Madison. Gregory does research using primarily genetics and molecular biology approaches. Past work has investigated the role of mitochondrial mutations in mammalian aging, transcriptional regulation of a growth factor oncogene and stem cell therapy in stroke. Current work is focused on understanding the pathogenesis of human fungal infections and determining the mechanism of action of novel anti-fungal compounds.
