Hoo-Chang Shin

Hoo-Chang Shin received the BS degree in computer science and mechanical engineering from Sogang University, Korea, in 2004 and the Diplom Ingenieur degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, in 2008. He is working toward the PhD degree at the Institute of Cancer Research, University of London. His research interests include machine learning, computer vision, signal processing, and medical applications of artificial intelligence. He is a student member of the IEEE and the IEEE Computer Society.
