Bio
张海霞教授长期专注于微纳系统和微能源技术的研究,从自身所处的微机电系统研究领域的特点出发,带领她的研究团队在解决微小型电子器件和系统的供能问题方面做出了突出贡献,从采集环境中振动能量为主要对象的高性能能量采集技术入手,从理论研究、加工技术到器件应用等三个层面对相关的科学问题和核心技术展开了深入细致的研究,基于摩擦发电原理,在开发柔性可拉伸高表面电荷密度材料的大批量制备技术的基础上,采用带有微纳复合结构的材料研发了一系列性能优异的新型摩擦纳米发电机、复合式能量采集器以及高效率的电源管理系统,并结合静电感应原理开展主动式传感技术及多功能电子皮肤的研发,形成了具有特色的研究体系,在国内外学术界产生了较大的影响。
