Hann-Ping Hwang

Hann-Ping Hwang was born in Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1969. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from National Central University, Chung-Li, Taiwan, in 1997. His main research focused on compound semiconductors and heterojunction bipolar transistors. He joined Industrial Technology Research Institute in 1997, where he has been a Researcher in the Advanced Device and Process Development Department, Electronics Research and Service Organization. He has been engaged in the implementation of high-speed bipolar transistors for integrated circuits.
