Hsianglan Lung

Hsiang-Lan Lung (M'00)received the B.S. degree from Feng Chia University, Taichung, Taiwan, R.O.C., the M.S. degree from National Cheng-Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan, R.O.C., and the Ph.D. degree from National Tsing-Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1992, 1996, and 2003, respectively, all in materials science and engineering. He joined Macronix International, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1996. Since then he has engaged in research and advanced technology development of CMOS logic, embedded SRAM, embedded MROM, embedded Flash, NROM, FeRAM and phase-change memory. He is currently the Chief for the Nano-Device R&D Department and in charge of the R&D work for advanced nonvolatile memory technology. He has published 14 technical papers and has been granted 26 international patents.
