specialized pro-resolving mediators play critical role in inflammation diseases，a series of investigations we did includes promoting clearance of lung fluid, alleviating inflammatory response in ARDS, sepsis and other associated diseases, on the other hand, we established lung fibrosis and PAH models, post-treatment with SPM, we found SPM have potential protective effect on reversing fibrosis and PAH.
