Zhao Hui, male, born in June 1963, graduated from Tianjin University majoring in Power electronics and power transmission, doctor, professor, member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Agricultural Engineering Major of the Ministry of Education, expert enjoying the special allowance of The State Council, doctoral supervisor of the discipline of "Control Science and Engineering" of Tianjin University. Vice President of Tianjin Society of Agricultural Engineering, Standing Director of Chinese Society of Instruments and Instruments, Standing Director of Tianjin Society of Instruments and Instruments, Standing director of Tianjin Society of Automatics. In recent years, it has undertaken 3 national 863 key projects, 12 key projects of Tianjin Science and Technology Plan, and 22 horizontal research projects. It has won 13 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, including 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress, 1 first prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress, 1 first prize of Science and Technology Award of Higher Education Institutions of Education, and 1 Gold Patent Award of Tianjin.
