Hung-Yu Chen

Hung-Yu Chen received his B.S. degree in interdisciplinary program of engineering with expertise of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2018. He is currently a doctoral candidate and keeps pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the Institute of NanoEngineering and MicroSystems at National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, since 2018. His research interests include design and fabrication of MEMS capacitive transducers on traditional CMOS platform, resonator/ resonant transducers, and analog integrated circuit (IC) design for realization of MEMS-CMOS microsystem.
