Bio
I research the physical properties of Heusler alloys. Alloys in the as-cast state are brittle and subjected to destruction during thermal cycling through the temperature of martensitic transformation. Our group engage in the development of thermomechanical treatment of Heusler alloys as multiple isothermal forging and extrusion. As a result, the material has the increased the cyclic thermal stability.
