I am a physicist working in the fields of biophysics and cell biology. I am interested in understanding the physical origin of biological function and the molecular mechanisms that lead to cell regulation, specially transcription regulation and gene expression. I have an ample experience in single-molecule and super-resolution fluorescence microscopy techniques and the design of novel optical tools for biological applications.
