John Pasour (M'96–SM'09) received the Ph.D. degree in physics from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA, in 1977. Dr. Pasour is a member of the American Physical Society and serves with the IEEE Plasma Science and Applications Executive Committee and with several DOD advisory panels. He served with working groups of the IEEE Standards Coordinating Committee 28 (Nonionizing Radiation).
