Jean-Marc Duchamp (M’08) was born in Lyon, France, in 1965. He received the M.Sc. degree from the University of Paris-Sud, Orsay, France, in 1988, the Engineering degree from Supélec, Gif-sur-Yvette, France, in 1990, and the Ph.D. degree from the LAHC Laboratory, University of Savoy, Chambéry, France, in 2004. He was a Research Engineer in a company specialized in electron beam called TECHMETA, Metz-Tessy, France, from 1991 to 1996. He was a Professeur Agrege with the University of Savoy from 1996 to 2005. He has been an Assistant Professor with the Joseph Fourier University, Grenoble, France, since 2005, where he teaches electronics and telecommunication. His current research interests include passive microwave and millimeter-wave circuit analysis and characterization such as matching impedance networks, filters, power divider, MEMS, slow-wave periodical structures, tunable, and miniaturized RF subsystems.
