Methods and techniques: Spectrophotometric/HPLC; Bacteria DNA extraction from the soil samples using PowerSoil® Kit'; Sequencing - Illumina’s MiSeq platform, using a MiSeq v3 600 cycles kit; Bioinformatics. Currently working on enhancing solubility of biofertilizers; detecting nicotine adsorption and sorption in different soils
