Bio
周界文教授长期从事跨膜受体的信号传导机理和病毒与宿主膜融和机制方面的研究,为揭示这些蛋白在跨膜和近膜区域的盲点开发了一系列生物化学和生物物理技术,并从中发现了重要的新生物功能与概念。课题组的研究目标是免疫和细胞因子受体在细胞表面的时空组织与其调控下游信号通路的机理。课题组的转化目标包括发现新型免疫治疗调控剂和多特异性药物提送体系。
