Coordinate work efforts at a high-level of multiple direct reports in a core facility environment. Efforts include workflow assessment and reduction of bottlenecks, timely delivery of results through prioritization of projects, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Lead multi-year effort to evaluate commercial products and develop in-house solutions around digital pathology and image analysis. Coordinated on-site presentations, demos, and legal agreements with prospective vendors. Interacted heavily with Bioinformatics group and end-users to develop specifications and use cases. Resulting infrastructure is used to manage over 900,000 digital images from samples spanning early research through clinical trials.
