I am a cancer immunologist at Weill Cornell Medicine, New York. With over 7 years experience in tumor and mucosal immunology, I enjoy being part of the biggest challenge today: improve cancer immunotherapies. As a part of my Ph.D., I've lead three main projects investigating the impact of local immune reaction on tumor progression and patient prognosis in lung cancer. Currently, I am pursuing a postdoctoral experience at Weill Cornell Medicine, investigating the impact of the microbiota-immune homeostasis on the development of cancer and responsiveness to immunotherapies. The scope of my work covers both fundamental research in Immuno-Oncology and translational studies with a strong link with pathologists, clinicians specialists and computational biologists.
