Jeroen P. Van Leeuwen

As ecological researcher, I’m interested in the role of soil organisms in ecosystem functioning, both as indicators for, and driver of, the provision of ecosystem services. For my PhD research, I looked at food webs and ecosystem services during soil transformations, by investigating soils in various stages of the soil life cycle. As postdoc I continue this path by investigating the indicative value of soil biological parameters in a large European consortium (Landmark).
