Bio
介万奇,1959年2月生,汉族,中共党员,材料凝固技术与晶体生长专家,亚太材料科学院院士,西北工业大学材料学院教授。主要从事金属凝固及化合物半导体晶体生长研究。介万奇长期致力于金属材料铸造成型和功能晶体单晶生长的原理创新、技术开发和成果转化;主持开发出高能射线探测用碲锌镉、太赫兹技术用碲化锌等化合物半导体制备技术,解决了中国在核科学、核安全监控、空间科学、医疗设备、工业无损检测及太赫兹仪器等领域的空“芯”化问题;研发的ZnTe单晶应用于太赫兹时域光谱仪和脉冲太赫兹数字成像仪器;开发出大型复杂铝合金铸件反重力铸造和大型高质量铝合金铸件控压成型关键技术及装备,在多个航空航天企业推广应用。已获得国家技术发明二等奖2项,省部级科技成果奖8项等奖项。
