Bio
John Rabenstein currently works in the Fermentation and Biocatalysis group at AMRI. John does contract research in many areas, including fermentation optimization and production (small molecules, proteins, whole cells) from flask to 500 L pilot scale, biotransformation reactions (enzyme screening, reaction optimization and scale-up), and downstream isolation of products at scales from milliliters to 100s of liters. His most recent publication is 'Establishment and validation of a 384-well antibacterial assay amenable for high-throughput screening and combination testing'.
