个人简介
José has an extensive academic and research background. Prior to joining King’s College London, he was at University College London for nearly a decade. During this period, his research covered a wide range of areas, including multi-sensor data assimilation, Bayesian methods for crop and vegetation modelling, and the development of innovative techniques for monitoring vegetation disturbances, particularly wildfires using EO (Earth Observation).
His current research interests include developing new ways to understand fire and vegetation disturbance from Earth Observation, data assimilation for fire and disturbance characterization, and using EO to understand the evolution of the land surface.
