Support staff career fellow - INIFTA - CONICET since 01/10/21. Nowadays, I use a SPR technique. Interaction studies can be used to observe if two or more interactants bind to each other. It can also be used to measure how strong the interactions are, and even to measure the actual association and dissociation rates. In addition, the binding of two interactants can be used to measure the concentration of one of the interactants after making a calibration curve.
