Jose V Lopez

I am a Professor at Nova Southeastern University. My major research interests involve marine invertebrates, microbial symbiosis, genomics and gene expression, marine microbiology, and systematics/phylogenetics. We have run the Global Invertebrate Genomics Alliance or GIGA (gigacos.org), that will analyze genomes/transcriptomes of non-model invertebrate species.
