Josep Claramunt Blanes currently works at the Department of Agri-Food Engineering and Biotechnology (DEAB), Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya. Josep does research in Cement materials, Sustainable building materials, Inorganic binders matrix materials reinforced with vegetable fibers. Their current project is "Upcycling fibers from end-of-life clothes & textile remnants for sustainable building materials: closing the loop for a circular economy" (RECYBUILDMAT)
