Joshua J Fisher

Dr Fisher has a dedicated focus towards improving reproductive outcomes in women’s health and understanding the contribution of mitochondria in the development of serious pregnancy complications. Dr Fisher currently at the University of Newcastle, Hunter Medical Research Institute, Mother’s and babies research program. His research aims to identify the mitochondrial mechanisms associated with placental dysfunction and the progression towards pregnancy complications.
