Joyee Ghosh

Joyee Ghosh received the B.Sc. degree in physics (with Hons.) from the Lady Brabourne College, University of Calcutta, Kolkata, India, in 2001 and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in physics in 2003 and 2009, respectively, from the School of Physical Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India, in collaboration with CNRS Laboratoire Aimé Cotton, Orsay, France. Thereafter, she was a Marie Curie (EMALI) Postdoctoral Fellow with the ICFO - The Institute of Photonic Sciences, Barcelona, Spain, till 2010 end. Following that, she was an Alexander von Humboldt Postdoctoral Fellow with the Quantum Photonics Group, Department of Physics, Universität des Saarlandes, Saarbrücken, Germany, until 2012. Thereafter and till 2013, she was a Joint Quantum Institute (JQI) Postdoctoral Fellow with the National Institute of Standards and Technology, Gaithersburg, MD, USA, jointly with the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA. She became a Faculty with the Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 2013 and is currently an Associate Professor in the same.
