Julien Michel received the master’s degree in telecommunications engineering from the École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne, Brest, France, in 2006. From 2006 to 2010, he was with Communications et Systèmes, Toulouse, France, where he was involved in the studies and developments of remote sensing image processing. He is currently with the Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales, Toulouse, where he is involved in the development of image processing algorithms for the exploitation of Earth observation images. Mr. Michel is a member of the Orfeo ToolBox Project Steering Committee and a Charter Member of the OSGEO Foundation.
