Jung-Dae Kwon

Jung-Dae Kwon was born in Changwon, Korea, in 1977. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in materials science and engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, in 2000, 2002, and 2007, respectively. Since 2007, he has been a Senior Researcher with the Surface Technology Division, Korea Institute of Materials Science. His research interests include deposition process, including atomic layer deposition and atmospheric pressure plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition, and synthesis of functional thin films and their applications, in particular, in electronic and anti-reflection coating in polymer substrate.
