Researcher & Project Manager at the CEA-Leti in Grenoble, my work is focalized on the realization of hybrid III-V on Silicon laser sources and the integration of advanced Silicon-On-Insulator photonic devices (European project Sequoia, COSMICC, and PICTURE; IRT Nanoelec). During my PhD in Physics (University of Burgundy) my research fields turned around Optics and Optoelectronics, with a specialization on Surface Plasmon Polariton active and passive devices, and particularly their integration with SOI platforms for Optical Interconnects (European project Platon).
