Kamal Lmimouni

Kamal Lmimouni received the Degree in electronics, the Ph.D. degree, and the Research Direction Diploma from the University of Lille, Lille, France, in 1997 and 2006, respectively. He was appointed as an Assistant Professor with the University of Lille in 2001, where he focused on charge transport in organic materials and design of new organic field-effect transistor structures including memory devices. He is a currently a Full Professor at the University of Lille.
