As Dean of the College of Natural Resources at the University of Idaho, the Dean established a new Student Services Center, founded a student ambassador program and a new veteran’s program. Research under the Dean’s leadership research expenditures grew 28% and indirect cost recovery grew 41% following a new program to incentivize recovery of both direct and indirect costs.
