The other half of my time is spent running NHS clinical services for patients with metabolic bone diseases and specialised rheumatology needs.

Research in my group focuses on osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfecta and other rare bone diseases by studying micro and macroscopic bone structure in health and disease.

I have supported the development of anti-sclerostin therapies in osteoporosis and osteogenesis imperfecta.
