KL Heong

Heong is sr advisor, CABI Malaysia and Qiushi chair professor at Zhejiang University, China, Fellow of Academy of Science Malaysia ASM, The World Academy of Sciences TWAS..He holds a BSc Hons (Malaya) MS, PhD (Imperial College) and DSc (Lond). He was principal scientist in IRRI, published >150 papers and have received awards viz 2 medals from Vietnam government , St Andrews Prize, Charles Black Award, TWAS Agriculture Prize, COM+ Communications Award, Excellence in Plant Protection.
