I have worked in radiation protection and health physics for more than 30 years. In that time, I worked on radiation protection programs for energy and industrial companies, and for more than 15 years, I have worked in operations and research in medical health physics. Our goal is to support radiology, x-ray imaging, nuclear medicine, radiation oncology, and radiochemistry, as well as surgery and medicine.
My research focuses on developing and testing radiation imaging and therapy tools and techniques. We want to use what we find to improve radiation protection practices so that patients get the most benefit with reduced risk.
