Lubomir Dimitrov

Lubomir V. Dimitrov was born in Bulgaria in 1958. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological University of Moscow and Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the same university in 1986. Since 1986 he works at the department of Machine elements and nonmetallic constructions at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria as assistant professor and since 2011 as full professor. He is head of Mechatronics laboratory. He is the author of four books and more than 200. His research interests include design in mechanical engineering and mechatronics, robotics and automatic control systems.
