My current research focuses on brain MRI analysis in ageing, dementia and neurodegeneration with the aim to detect possible biomarkers especially for the pre-symptomatic phase of the disease. I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Wellcome Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging (WIN), FMRIB, where I am also involved in the development of methodological approaches for structural MRI (automated lesions segmentation) and resting state fMRI (artefact removal and reproducibility assessments) part of FSL image analysis software package. I am involved in post-graduate teaching and supervision, and the development and support of the FSL.
