Lamei Yuan(袁腊梅)

Dr. Lamei Yuan, M.D., Ph.D., is the Associate Professor of Center for Experimental Medicine, the Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, China. Her area of expertise focuses on molecular biology and diagnostics in human genetic disorders. She obtained her M.D. degree at Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University, and received the Ph.D. degrees from the Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, China. As a PI, her research aiming to investigating various human genetic disorders has been funded by several national and international grants and foundations. She acts as an editor and a reviewer for several international journals. She published over 60 papers in international peer-reviewed journals.
