As remote sensing specialist I lead several national, international projects and programs which are mostly related to forestry, biodiversity and land cover change. I'm co-editor of three Q1-journals: ISPRS Journal, Remote Sensing, European Journal of Remote Sensing and permanent member of scientific committees. With my team I develop novel approaches to assess the current state and changes of forests using multi-source remote sensing data on case study, countrywide and cross-border level.
