I studied Biotechnology and then specialized in Bioinformatics at Università Milano-Bicocca (Milan, Italy). During my research first on viruses (PhD, Marseille) and then on cancer genomics (postdocs, Leuven and Milan) I could analyze different omic datasets, such as shotgun metagenomes, transcriptomes or translatomes (from ribosome footprinting or polysomal RNA sequencing).
I currently started a new project in Grenoble in proteogenomics.
