Leandro Bueno Lima

I am currently a software engineer in a bioinformatics research group (Iqbal group: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/research/iqbal) at the European Bioinformatics Institute, Cambridge, UK. I've earned Bachelor's on Information Systems and Master's on Computer Science from Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, Campo Grande, Brazil; and a PhD in Bioinformatics at Claude Bernard University Lyon 1, Lyon, France. I have experience on programming (C, C++, Java, Python, PHP, Javascript), workflow design with snakemake, data analysis with python and jupyter notebooks, algorithm design and analysis, and bioinformatics.
