表面在位化学是近几年刚刚发展起来的实现可控稳定分子功能结构的新方法,提供了构筑共价相连并精准可控的有机纳米结构的可能性。我们将利用超高真空扫描隧道显微镜从原子分子层面开展对反应机理、反应过程、中间态及产物的研究,特别对功能分子电子态及催化活性的系统表征。
主要研究有机半导体生长、调控在器件方面(如OFET,Micro-OLED, gas sensor)的应用
采用原子力显微镜(AFM)在纳米尺度上表征表面结构、形貌以及有机高分子材料表面的微区物理性质,包括电学、磁学、力学等性质。
